If your build includes SMS features — like text-back automation or missed-call texts — there's an industry-wide registration step required by U.S. mobile carriers called A2P 10DLC. Carrier approval typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. We submit on your behalf, but the approval timeline is controlled by the carriers, not by us. Your AI Voice and AI Chat features work fully during this window — only the outbound SMS layer waits on approval.
We disclose this up front because we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver. No surprises after signup.
